By: Alex Griswold and Nick Kolesarich (@alkysgriswolds and @nickkolesarach)A few weeks ago, a man named Andrew Mateys wrote an article on his blog that explained why he believed in a healthy, plant-based diet.
Mateys claimed that he had used his “paleo” experience to help people improve their health and longevity.
“I’ve learned to live life to the fullest and live well,” Mateys writes in the post.
“I’ve done so by following a paleo diet and exercise program that incorporates a low-carb, high-fat, moderate protein, low-glycemic index, and high-vitamin A diet.
I’ve also been a vegan for over six years.
I am happy with my health and well-being.”
The Paleo Diet is a diet that includes meat, fish, poultry, eggs, dairy, nuts, seeds, grains, legumes, and vegetables.
The idea behind Paleo is that it includes a whole host of healthy foods, and it is based on the belief that most of us are eating too much of certain foods.
Paleo is also popular in a lot of other parts of the world, including Australia, Canada, Denmark, Ireland, New Zealand, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
The diet has gained popularity in the United States in recent years, but the idea has also gained popularity on Reddit, where people have been experimenting with it for years.
A lot of people have experimented with it and found that it helped them live longer, have lower cholesterol, and keep weight off.
The Paleo diet has also been promoted by some celebrity celebrities like Ryan Seacrest, Oprah Winfrey, and John Legend.
It’s been called the most popular diet on Earth and has been shown to be beneficial for weight loss, diabetes, depression, and other health issues.
Andrew Mateys article was not written by anyone else.
It was actually written by a man who has been vegan for about six years, and now is a vegan.
Andrew Matey is a podiatrists son, and his father is a nutritionist and the founder of the Paleo Foundation.
Andrew is a licensed health care practitioner, and he has been working as a podiatric physician for about seven years.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Science in nutrition and a Master of Public Health degree.
He has worked in a number of different health care fields including the obstetrics and gynecology department of the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Andrew says that he and his dad decided to go vegan in order to help him stay healthier.
Andrew, who has a 4.5 grade-point average and was born in Texas, said he was inspired by the work of his father, Dr. Andrew P. Mateys.
Andrew says that Dr. Matey was a pioneer in the field of nutrition, and that he was the first to promote vegan diets in the U.S.
Andrew said that he is a big fan of his dad, and said that it has helped him maintain a healthier lifestyle.
Andrew was a vegetarian when he was young, and after a number years of experimenting with the Paleo diet, he was able to stay on the diet.
Andrew believes that his father’s work has inspired him in his own life.
He said that the Paleo philosophy has helped shape him in many ways.
Andrew says he has learned to be more careful with what he eats and exercise regularly.
He has also found a way to incorporate a low carbohydrate diet into his life.
Andrew told The Daily Beast that he would be open to a conversation about the Paleo concept, but that he believes that he has already reached a tipping point with the mainstream vegan community.
Andrew stated that he decided to be vegan in part to support his health, and in part because he believes in the Paleo idea.
Andrew has found that he can do better with his life if he is able to maintain a low carb diet.
He said that his family is all healthy and happy, and Andrew is now vegan.
Andrew and his family are all vegan.
He says that his dad’s work in nutrition has helped to shape him, and there is no reason why his son shouldn’t follow in his footsteps.
Andrew’s father, a podiologist, and Dr. Anthony Fauci, the co-author of the first published study on the Paleo hypothesis, are vegan.
Dr. Anthony is also a certified nutritionist, and was the founder and director of the Institute for Integrative Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
He is also the cofounder of the nonprofit organization Nutrition for Life.
Andrew noted that his wife, Julie, is also vegan, and she and her husband, Andrew, have also decided to eat a plant- based diet.
Julie is a Certified Nutritional Ther
