TESCO (pronounced tee-sco) is a sweet, fluffy, but not too soft marshmallow.
It’s a perfect addition to any Christmas table.
It will make an amazing topping for your Christmas dinner, a Christmas dessert, or even a sweet treat for the family.
To make a TesCo sundance you’ll need: 1/4 cup marshmallow flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon salt 1/3 cup water 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons water To make the filling: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and water.
Add the melted butter and vanilla and stir until well combined.
Add in the marshmallow, flour mixture, and stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, combine the water, sugar and salt.
Add this mixture to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Pour the batter into a lightly greased pie plate.
Top with 1 tablespoon of marshmallow (you may need to add a little more water if you want a bit of a crunch), and then place a lid on top and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Once the cake is cooled, remove the lid and top with fresh marshmallow to make your favorite festive treat.
