What you need 1 pound of ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons milk 1 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 tablespoons butter 1 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the cinnamon in a large bowl.

Add the vanilla, sugar, milk, butter, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to the bowl and stir. 

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

Continue to cook until the mixture starts to thicken.

The mixture should be thick enough to coat a spoon and then slowly pour it into the prepared muffin pan.

If it seems too thick, add more milk.

Cover the pan with a clean kitchen towel and let the marshmallies sit for about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let them cool completely.

Place in a baking pan or greased cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake marshmalls in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the marshmallow starts to brown.

Let them cool for about 20 minutes before slicing.

Notes Note: The following recipes are all for 1 pound.
